"Let's wear green clothes to the green park"

Today the weather is super nice, very warm, u can feel spring is definitely here. We took Yoshi to Ault Park after lunch. There were plenty of spaces for this little monkey to run around. But at one point, he had his eye on someone else's buggy , so he kept running back to the same spot... There was this kind man offered Yoshi to play with his kite for a while. Yoshi was so excited. Hm....wonder what was Yoshi thinking of? His smile tells me he's up to "something" ^_^ Green on (almost) green.....

Loud & clear

Yes, the word "N""O" has been learnt and repeated. To make it more effective, hand & head gestures applied at the same time.

(Normally he was good in eating by himself, but tonight he refused to eat after only a little bit. So that's why I took over his spoon and started feeding/ forcing)

Compromise (again)

This morning while I was washing dishes after breakfast, I saw Yoshi was about to grab the tissue box sitting high on the shelf. I was thinking to myself: "ok....I know what he is going to do, that's alright as long as I can finish up few more dishes...." Didn't think Yoshi's little fingers could move that FAST~~~~

Compromise

To be honest, I'm not good in tolerating mess. But in order to keep little monkey away from the kitchen for few minutes so I can prepare dinner, I had to compromise. He had lots of fun and end up eating few pieces as well.

Just a simple happy day

Today me and Yoshi were invited to Nora and Sarah's house for a playdate. Although Yoshi woke up at 6:45 this morning, but after a power nap, his energy was back as we arrived to their house. Thanks Nora for the wonderful lunch, and the cheesecake that u prepared, yummy...I got to try your eggroll receipe.

Sorry Sarah, Yoshi just pushed himself onto your chair, he was not a gentleman at all.

My own time

The last time I baked cookies was before I have Yoshi. It's been a while. Yesterday I decided to bake cookies for my friend. I was planning to do that during Yoshi's nap time. After cleaning up a few things, not even before I took out the baking pan, Yoshi woke up from his power nap...(an hr) ........Amy, I did thought of letting Yoshi help with the cookie cutter, just like what u and Rafael did. But Nori was nice enough to offer taking Yoshi out to stores, so I can have my own time enjoy baking. So immediately I got Yoshi ready to leave. In fact, the first thing I did after they left, was to turn up the music volume and changed from ABC songs to my own favorite CD. The following 1.5 hrs was all about baking. (Thanks Nori, that 1.5 hrs to my own was all I need for the week. I know u had fun shopping for tools with Yoshi too....)^_^

I don't get to be away from Yoshi at all, so once in a while when he's gone, I do miss him and love seeing him back with a big smile.
