A high wind warning has been issued by the Yoshi's Weather Station, it will remain effect until tomorrow morning. A low pressure will move into the tri-state area, along with a cold front accompanied with strong wind....blah,,blah,,,blah,,blah.........everyone, especially under 2 years old, please remain inside the house. Any outdoor activities should be prohibited, unless u want to "fly with the wind".........

Yoshi, 5 months ago, u were just barely started to walk, and I was celebrating your big milestone. Now, u can almost run, and I am in fact hoping u could slow down a bit. U are growing so fast. I know u just can't wait to explore this world around u.

Winter Zoo

The weather was much warmer this weekend, snow has all been melted by this afternoon. Yesterday, we have declared it's Yoshi's day, meaning we would do something special FOR him, not just with him. So zoo, here we went.......

Duckies, don't worry, snow is melting, u will soon be able to swim in the lake again. Mr. Monkey, I think u need some vaseline for your face, your skin is turning red under the cold weather...^_^ Kitty kitty...... ROAR...... Manatee eating lettuce Coca-cola commercial....

Ethan, hope u will recover soon, so we can go to the zoo again........

Let's go out again

Warm weather is finally on the way. Snow is melting, sky is clearing and we are ready to go.

Hi Katie (our neighbour), good job in making the snowman with the half melted snow/ice.
I have been looking for places to go with Yoshi during the long winter months. After talking with other moms, library seems to be the most popular and convenient place. I have taken Yoshi to the nearby library before, but we must have visited on the most unorganized day, I didn't have a good impression. But today, we went back again and it was much better. We did have a place to sit down and puzzle for Yoshi to play at the kids corner. He actually enjoyed a lot. I'm sure we will be back.

I just wanted to thank everyone, including all blog friends for sharing with us what kids like. This actually encourages me to be more creative and spend more quality time with Yoshi together. I can't wait for more arts and crafts projects to do with him as well (only if he wouldn't eat the glue or paper...)
