Yoshi's first orchestra, amusement park & firework.

The 3 days holiday weekend is about to end. We had tons of fun the last few days.

Yoshi's 1st symphony orchestra viewing.... Recently, Yoshi is interest in orchestra program on TV, he would imitate people playing violin, piano, drum.... so we took him to see the live performance at the park on Saturday evening. It was such a nice weather, so relaxing listening to music. Right after the show, Yoshi said let's go and watch again next time.

It's been more than 8 years since we visited Kings Island Amusement Park. It's only 5 mins drive from our house. Me and Nori are not really roller coaster fans, so there wasn't any reason to visit the park. Now that Yoshi is 3, we thought it might be fun to check out the new Snoopy Planet session, which is perfect for toddlers. We even got to see the firework that night.

First amusement park visit, waiting for his first ride ever.......(it's called Woodstock Whirlybirds)

Nori had been riding with Yoshi the entire time, until.......on our way out, Yoshi spotted this race car ride (for toddlers). He wouldn't want to leave, REALLY hoping to try it. So we explained to him that he would have to ride on his own without Nori. We were a bit skeptical if he's brave enough to do so, luckily he got to ride that with another boy. To our suprise, Yoshi had SO MUCH fun. He kept turning the steering wheel and laughing with his new friend. It's so cute seeing his big smile. I bet that's the highlight of the whole visit.

Someday when Yoshi is old enough to ride the roller coaster, it WILL have to be Nori who ride with him, NOT me for sure!!
Here is the orchestra performance we went...fun.
After 3 days holiday, we are exhausted. Yoshi and Kiharu went to bed around 10:30p.m for two nights. The weather was very hot and humid. Though none of us ride the roller coaster, but we certainly felt the exhaustion afterwards. What a fun weekend. Nori said it the best: "I'm so happy seeing how happy Yoshi was."
