Tamagotchi
After 3 weeks of constant feeding, burping, changing diapers, I started to feel like having a life size "tamagotchi" with me. Yoshi basically has his own routine feeding schedule, almost like every 2-3 hrs. Then we burp him, follow by changing diapers, then he will fall back to sleep. He is at the age when trying to develop eye contact, not much interaction yet, and he smiles on his own. So don't you think he's like a "tamagotchi"?? ^_^

yes my other friend said a newborn is pretty much a tamagotchi too. and i couldn't agree more! now rafael is more than a tamagotchi... well maybe he's an advanced model, sometimes you don't know what he wants!!!
Amy, yes, I think Rafael is the latest version with more emotional expression. He is always smiling on the photos you posted. Yoshi also have a funny look of "It's not me" (more like a serious and quiet look for about 5 sec) everytime after he farts or creates dirty diapers...... which I don't think tamagotchi has that.
i think rafa started having a real smile at around 6 weeks. watch out for that first real smile of yoshii!! it makes everything worth it:)
