Happy (belated) Mid-Autumn Moon Festival

Thanks grandpa and grandma for sending the lanterns & mini mooncake from Hong Kong. What a huge package that fit the peach shape lantern. I really miss the old days when we take these old fashioned lanterns with lighted candles inside to the park. It was so beautiful. But nowadays, I guess all the kids are playing the battery operated lanterns instead for safety reasons. I can see why, because now with Yoshi playing these, I had to watch him, because of the metal pieces sticking out everywhere, and within a few minutes, he already broke the transparent paper into hole. But it was fun even without candles inside.

This is Yoshi's first photo taken by him ~ well actually I left the camera on the floor, and he somehow managed to press the button, so this is what u see.....^_^Very little interest with the other lanterns...

It's funny to watch Yoshi walking / crawling away from those lanterns ! (With 大將之風 ...)
